Challenge
Atelier's catalog spans a hundred handmade objects with deep variant trees. The storefront had to feel curated, not bloated.
Approach
We treated the PLP as a gallery and the PDP as a wall label. A custom CMS lets the studio rearrange the shop weekly without engineering support.
Outcome
Page weight dropped 71%. The team now ships new collections in an afternoon instead of a sprint.
