Challenge
Lumea's care team needed patients to log vitals and symptoms daily — but legacy tools felt clinical, slow, and intimidating to non-technical users.
Approach
We rebuilt the experience around a single 90-second daily flow. A neutral palette, generous typography and motion-driven feedback turn data entry into a moment of self-care rather than admin.
Outcome
Daily active usage rose 3.4x after launch, and onboarding completion crossed 92%. The design system now powers four downstream Lumea products.
